Mr. Barth, grandson of the firm’s founder, is an experienced trial attorney who has tried cases for over twenty-five years. After graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, Mr. Barth served as one of the most successful in-house trial attorneys at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. Since joining Barth Condren in 1996, he has continued to amass an impressive record of trial and appellate successes. Mr. Barth has been an active member of the Defense Research Institute for many years and was nominated and approved for membership in the prestigious International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) in 2004. He continues to litigate regularly, specializing in motor vehicle and premises liability.
Mr. Condren is an extensively experienced trial attorney in the areas of insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage. He is a 1988 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, having received a B.A. in Psychology. In 1992, Mr. Condren received his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in Toledo, Ohio. For upwards of 25 years, he has regularly appeared in the New York State and Federal District Courts at the trial and appellate levels and has taken numerous cases to verdict over the course of his career. He is also a frequent lecturer and presenter on topics involving personal injury litigation and insurance coverage.
Mr. Hamberger is a trial attorney with a wealth of experience, both civil and criminal, having tried cases for over thirty years. Following graduation from the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Hamberger practiced law in South Florida before joining the Erie County District Attorney’s Office in Buffalo where he successfully tried in excess of five hundred criminal cases. Since joining Barth Condren in 2007, he continues to try cases on a regular basis and concentrates his practice in the areas of motor vehicle liability, premises liability, toxic tort and labor law.
Mr. Vincent is an experienced trial and appellate attorney who has tried cases for over twenty years. He earned his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1995, his B.A. in History from Williams College in 1986 and his A.S in Public Communications from Mount Wachusett Community College in 1983. Mr. Vincent is experienced in employment litigation, including investigating and litigating claims of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination. He has responded to employment related charges to government agencies including the NLRB, EEOC and DHR, as well as litigating claimed violations of New York General Municipal Law and Civil Service Law.
